Dr. Brian Grindstaff is a Board Certified Chiropractor in Franklin, TN. He graduated from the fully accredited Logan University of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO.

As a lifelong learner, Dr. Grindstaff has been mentored by two prominent DCs in the US. It was during this time that Dr. Grindstaff began to fine-tune his vision and belief system within chiropractic care. He learned about providing individualized treatment for each patient and their unique pain symptoms.

Since 1996, Dr. Brian Grindstaff has employed and mentored 14 chiropractors. He has a passion for your whole body healing and is committed to listening and taking the necessary, efficient and effective steps to getting you healthy again.

Dr. Grindstaff enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary, and their two teenage boys.

She has been in the industry for over 7 years and holds her Bachelors of Science in Health Promotion and her certification in Personal Training. She also holds many other specialized certifications ranging from nutrition to corrective exercise.

Jen is a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, a Lifestyle & Fitness influencer to the community and a mother to her 8 year old son, Owen. She has been training/teaching for a little over 10 years here in Nashville. She has been helping busy women/mothers achieve their health & fitness goals. Whether in the gym or from the comfort of their home, Jen provides quick and effective workouts to do on-the-go as well as teaching them how important it is to balance motherhood while taking care of themselves.
